Mumbai/NITN: Indian airline GoAir, has topped on-time performance chart in November 2019, according to the latest data released by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
As per the data released, GoAir registered 67.6% on-time-performance (OTP), the highest among scheduled domestic airlines in November 2019.
During the month, GoAir flew 14.22 lakhs passengers and had 0.6 complaints per 10,000 passengers. The airlines also has one of the highest load factors in November 2019.
As per DGCA report, the load factor in November was 92.7% as against 83.1% in October 2019.
Jeh Wadia, Managing Director, GoAir, said, “We are delighted that GoAir has once again topped the chart for OTP for the 15th month in a row. GoAir operates its business on three basic principles: punctuality, affordability and convenience. I would like to thank and congratulate the entire GoAir team for making us the only India Airline to win this leadership for 15 consecutive months.”

Tokyo: Airlines were forced to cancel over 300 flights following the collision between a Japan Coast Guard aircraft and a Japan Airlines passenger plane at Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Tuesday evening even as reports said the plane was cleared to land ahead of the tragedy.
