South Africa Tourism holds Kolkata roads... | South African Tourism (SAT) met the media and travel and trade partners on Monday (Jan 20, 2014) at ITC Sonar in Kolkata. Over the years, the roadshows of SAT have proven to be an effective platform for the travel trade partners from India to meet products and suppliers from South Africa and to interact and identify mutually beneficial areas of collaboration. India is among the top five tourism source markets for South Africa and the tourist arrival figures from India to SA has seen an evident growth. 76,116 Indian tourists have visited South Africa between Jan 2013 to August 2013 which is an increase of 8.4% vis-Ã -vis the same period last year.
