Casa Batllo': A Barcelona Hot Spot | Barcelona is defined by the whimsical works of late architect Antoni Gaudi (1852–1926), a symbol of Catalan modernism. In Barcelona, a visitor’s Gaudi trail begins with Casa Batlló (1904-1905). Casa Batlló was as house remodelled by Gaudi avoiding any straight line.
