Primarc's "Southwinds" hosts post-Diwali fiesta for residents

Kolkata, Dec 14 (NITN): One of Eastern India's dominant real estate company, Primarc Group's 'Southwinds' residential towers in Kolkata hosted a post-Diwali celebration for its residents on Nov 29.

The theme of the party was Rajasthan’s ethinicity, with matkas, wells and handcrafted dolls all around the place.
 
Around 148 families attended the celebrations, about 350-400 people attended the functions which started at 3 pm in the afternoon and ended at 8 pm.
 
The premises of Southwinds residential complex was adorned with several stalls. The stalls were for the entertainment of both kids and adults present there.
 
There were several fun activities like Lak ka Churi (Live churi making); Mehndi-making for women and tattoo for kids; Kumhaar (pot making); and magic shows.
 
There were Rajasthani themed photo corner and Giant wheel for the attendees to enjoy.
 
Later, there was a performance by Kaushik Roychowdhury, who was previously a participant of the reality show 'Voice of India'.
 
The visitors were given gifts based on the occasion and Southwinds 'Referral Scheme' winners were given vouchers.
 
Primarc's 'Southwinds' residential project has been awarded with a pre-certified 'Silver' rating for its construction by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).  Also, Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL) has recently awarded a 5 star rating to 'Southwinds' in the 'Kolkata real estate' category.
