“This festival has a combination of both Italian as well as Mexican delicacies. We have clubbed both the variations to bring up something innovative for our customers. We have an elaborated menu with Mexo Italian combination, for starters we are offering Italian soup Zuppa Toscana, a creamy soup with vegetables then we have Mexican Veg Tortilla soup along with Briciole Mushroom Frito and Burritos. The main course will offer Risotto Primavera, Arborio rice with spring vegetables and Quesadilla or Enchiladas, oven baked tortillas, stuffed with American corns, cheese and jalapeno. We have some mouth watering deserts like Sizzling Brownie or Tiramisu, a cake desert with mascarpone cheese and infused coffee liqueur,” said Sanjib Banerjee, Food & Beverage Manager, Casa kitchen.
“We hope that the foodies of Kolkata would like this innovative move by Casa Kitchen,” added Banerjee.
A meal for two will cost around Rs. 900 plus taxes.
