New pubs in Goa
Panaji/IBNS: Goa-based designer boutique resort 3102bce recently launched its pub ‘Istaka - Bar, Bites & Bowls’.
Said Ishaan Bhutoria, Operations Director, Istaka “Istaka taps into the taste and lifestyle of the contemporary urbanite with its upscale yet casual charm. We call our servers ‘Babas’, who bring service authenticity to the table in their multicoloured attire."
Istaka’s culinary and beverage selection is influenced by Pan Pacific cuisines, complemented by the tropical Hawaiian tiki glasses and the multicoloured masks.

Diners may choose from global flavours of Mexico, Latin America, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Hawaii.
Menu highlight include Trending Travellers Cocktail Story, Tales of Tiki Land, Vino Spritz Bubbles & Sangrias, Smoothie Bowl, Massaman Curry Bowl, Lamb Shank, Chimichurri Grilled Prawns, Thin Crust Neapolitan Pizza, Mexican Rice Bowl, and Thai Style Fish Cakes.
A boutique resort by The Lindsay Group 3102bce is located close to Vagator, Mini-Vagator, and Anjuna beaches of north Goa.
Cost: Approximately Rs 1500 per head (inclusive of drinks).
