Fresh Ingredients, Bold Flavors
The secret to Jinia's Pizzario's exceptional pizzas lies in the ingredients. Sourced from local farms and artisanal producers, only the freshest and finest ingredients make their way into the kitchen. The dough is hand-kneaded daily, achieving the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness.
The tomato sauce is a blend of sun-ripened tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and a touch of secret spices, while the cheese is a luscious mix of mozzarella and specialty cheeses that melt in your mouth.
With a menu to delight every palate, Jinia's Pizzario offers a diverse choice catering to all tastes and preferences. Whether you're a fan of the classic Margherita, Double cheese pizza or a paneer & corn pizza, you can have your pick, said the outlet.
Adventurous foodies can explore the Signature Pizzas, featuring unique combinations like Tandoori Chicken, Chicken 65, Peri peri and more.
While pizza is the star of the show, Jinia's Pizzario offers a range of delectable side dishes and desserts to complement your meal. Start with the French fries or a mushroom bruschetta or the Chicken Zinger Burgers, Boneless chicken strips, chicken wings, stuffed garlic breads along with Virgin Mojito, Oreo shake or a blueberry shake.
A cozy and inviting ambiance Jinia's Pizzario is more than just a place to eat; it's a place to gather, celebrate, and create memories. The warm, rustic decor, combined with friendly and attentive service, makes every visit special. Whether you're enjoying a casual lunch, a family dinner, or a night out with friends, you'll feel right at home.
Committing to sustainability, Jinia's Pizzario follows eco-friendly practices. From using biodegradable packaging to supporting local farmers, every effort is made to reduce the environmental footprint and contribute to the community.
Delhi based chef Shiv sharing his two decades of international experience and exposure of having served some of the biggest icons of India like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Sachin Tendulkar among others, said he feels Kolkata is the hub of gastronomy experiences.
Though each city has its own distinct flavour, Kolkata is like a melting pot for all these variations and hence the city needs more such spaces as Jinia’s Pizaario for not only upwardly mobile but also the middle and lower end of the economic class to taste international cuisine at local prices, he said.
He and the owner of the outlet Jinia have teamed up and look forward to setting up more such pocket friendly spaces to cater to the taste buds of neighbourhoods across Kolkata.
This is Jinia’s second outlet having tasted success in her first in Howrah.
Jinia said: “Experience the magic of Jinia's Pizzario, where every slice tells a story of passion, quality, and creativity. Come and taste the difference for yourself. We look forward to welcoming you and making every meal a delightful experience.”
