Bengaluru: Talent acquisition and talent management platform, HireMee has been named the ‘Most Promising Assessment Service Provider’ by ArdorComm Media.
The award recognizes HireMee as the most innovative digital platform whose work has helped employers discover talent.
HireMee, which began as a skill assessment platform for students in tier-2 and tier-3 cities to assist employers to hire pre-qualified talent at no cost to either, to democratize the freshers’ recruitment process, has carved a niche for itself in talent acquisition and talent management by companies – an area where it expects rapid growth in the coming years.

For corporate clients, HireMee conducts company-specific assessment tests, including coding capability, to pre-qualify job seekers which helps companies deploy HR resources for personal interviews and other selection processes.

HireMee’s talent acquisition practice is powered by an objective evaluation of verbal, logic, quantitative aptitude, personality traits, communication, computer, and core technical subject competencies. For IT roles, HireMee validates programming skills. Three 20-second videos by candidates help companies identify technical skills and evaluate them for aspirations and communication competence. The assessment results also help candidates to identify and work on improvement areas.
Talent Acquisition for Companies
Recently, BOSCH, Essar Oil & Gas, and Instakart have assigned HireMee to assess engineering graduates on the HireMee platform before hiring them for the company’s operations covering the country. In addition, over 500 companies use the HireMee platform for talent acquisition.
HireMee has also signed an MoU with the Directorate of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, to conduct a 100-minute Link Test for students in technical colleges under the Directorate to measure the employability of the students free of cost.
During the Covid-19 lockdown, HireMee responded to the needs of educational institutions by conducting semester and mid-term examinations for around 2 million students of over 50 universities and colleges across India, through an AI-based secure platform, from the comfort of their homes during Covid.
These included Bhartiya Vidyapeeth University Pune, JC Bose University of Science and Technology University, Faridabad, JECRC University, Jaipur, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Sona College of Technology, Salem; BNM College of Engineering, Bengaluru; Don Bosco College, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Malaysia Airlines will expand its South India network by adding more flights on the Kuala Lumpur–Trivandrum route to meet rising demand, the airline said. From September 12, the carrier will operate five weekly services, with daily flights to start from December 1.
