Award-winning author and visual storyteller Soma Bose unveiled the cover design of her much-anticipated third book, Garden of White Roses, at a city café in the presence of her team members and publisher.
Known for her evocative storytelling and deep exploration of human emotions, Soma’s latest work is a delicate epistolary novel that interlaces letters, memories, and the passage of time.
Soma Bose also had the privilege of presenting her first two books to the Governor of West Bengal, Dr. CV Ananda Bose. Dr Bose, himself an author of repute, greatly appreciated Soma’s pursuit of literary excellence and gave his good wishes for her future creations.
Following the success of her previous books, Frenny and Other Women You Have Met and I've Had Enough of You, this epistolary novel unfolds through heartfelt letters exchanged between a granddaughter and her grandfather. It evokes nostalgia while exploring profound themes of love, loss, companionship, and shifting relationships.
Bose once again delivers a compelling narrative that delves into themes of love, loss, companionship, and the intricate evolution of relationships. Garden of White Roses is a deeply nostalgic yet profoundly relevant novel, chronicling the heartfelt correspondence between a granddaughter and her grandfather.
Through their letters, readers are transported across the corridors of Jabalpur, the coal mines of Dhanbad, and the ethereal beauty of Kashmir, unraveling a tapestry of emotions and experiences that shape human bonds.
