Dhaka/NITN: Nine more people have dead due to COVID-19 in Bangladesh, taking the toll to 84, media reports said on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the number of infected cases in the country crossed 2000.
The number of infections crossed 2,000 after 306 new cases were detected in the same period, IEDCR Director Meerjady Sabrina Flora told bdnews24.
The tally of confirmed cases in Bangladesh currently stands at 2,144, the news portal said.
