Children paradises in Poland: play and discover

Warsaw, Feb 24 (NITN): In Poland there are more and more children-friendly places which combine education and leisure. Modern science and educational centres equipped with interactive exhibits perfectly appeal to young explorers.
The Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw is a paradise for curious minds and fun for everyone.
There are six permanent exhibitions, nearly five hundred devices and exhibits you can touch. Encounter robots in the robotic theatre, the first theatre in the world with programmable man-shaped robots as actors.
The Copernicus Science Centre boasts of one of the most modern and original planetariums in Europe: Heavens Of Copernicus. It has a spherical screen where you can watch amazing films in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional technology.
Situated on the grounds of Fort of Gradowa Hill (Góra Gradowa) in Gdańsk is another very interesting museum: the Hewelianum Centre. Interactive and multimedia exhibitions and popular science events disclose the mysteries of physics and astronomy for children, teenagers as well as adults.
The view from the top of the hill is amazing, you can see the panorama of the historic town and the industrial landscape of the famous Gdańsk shipyard grounds.
Europe's only real-live Gingerbread Museum is situated in Torun's historic Old Town. It is a fully functional sixteenth-century gingerbread factory. The museum is an intriguing and magical place, filled with the history of Torun and the scent of the famous gingerbread (pierniki). Learn traditional gingerbread baking through fun and interaction.
