Emirates hosts gala appreciation dinner for key Indian travel associates

New Delhi, Mar 17 (NITN): Emirates, a global connector of people, places and economies, has honoured its partnership with India's top travel agents in a gala dinner on Saturday at the Armani Hotel in Dubai.
The award-winning airline hosted more than 20 key travel partners including Cox & Kings, Thomas Cook, Clear Trip, WIPRO Travel Services LTD, UAE Exchange India and many more.
Honoured guests enjoyed an evening of fine dining and entertainment in acknowledgement of their contribution to the airline’s success in 2014.
The event was hosted by Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Emirates’ Divisional Vice President.

Delivering the welcome address at the dinner Ahmed Khoory said: “India has been an extremely significant market for Emirates, since its inception in 1985. We have established strong roots in the Indian aviation industry and only hope to strengthen it further. India is one of the markets that exemplify our growth story,” he said. “We are extremely grateful to all our loyal travel agents who have been an integral part of our journey. We look forward to their continued support in the years ahead.”
Today, Emirates connects India to a global network spanning six continents and 82 countries by operating 185 flights per week from10 gateways in India. This offers passengers to travel across Emirates’ vast global network, which includes cities in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Middle East.
