This food festival will offer most scrumptious and authentic Rajasthani food to please every taste bud, claimed the restaurant.
Arvind Bhatnagar, Executive Director of Shenaz Hotels Pvt. Ltd that owns Ivory Kitchen, said "The entire idea behind this initiative is to promote Rajasthani food. The food festival will give more variety and regional flavour to our metropolitan and foreign guests."
Ivory brought some of the special dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian from the interior of Rajasthan.
Preparations are made with care by Master Chef V. Narsimha Rao.
The special vegetarian dishes include - Mirchi Ka Wada, Sangri Ki Shammi, Dahi Aur Besan Ka Shorba, Paneer Kesaria, Govind Ghatta, Dal Baati Choorma, Gatte Ka Pulao, Bedwa Poori and Missi Roti.
While, the special non-vegetarian dishes include - Angaari Murgh, Maas Chapli, Padampuri Murgh, Achari Machali and many more.
Moreover also available are some lip smacking desserts like Moong Dal Halwa, Malai Ghewar, Churma Ladoo, Malpua with Rabdi.
Chef Rao said, "I have sought to present the delicacies bearing distinct flavor of their states of origin, with authentic spices from that particular region. Here we have sought to explore the heritage of Rajasthan through royal cuisine which we are confident will be loved by all."
The cuisine of Rajasthan is a product of its geographical, historical and cultural background. The emphasis is more on nutrition, officials informed.
The resturant has been draped in traditional Bandhani to add to the winter season celebrations.

Air India has announced two new international routes as part of its ongoing expansion in Asia, adding direct connections to Hanoi and increasing services to Tokyo.
Lufthansa is set to introduce a new nonstop service between Frankfurt and Kuala Lumpur starting October 25, 2026, expanding its presence in Southeast Asia. The route will operate five times a week throughout the year, with flights scheduled daily except Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bookings for the service are already open.
