TripAdvisor.com is a travel website providing directory information
and reviews of travel-related content.
The award honours hospitality excellence to establishments that
consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor and
is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.
According to the officials, only the top-performing 10 percent of
businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this award.
To qualify for a 'Certificate of Excellence', businesses must maintain
an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as
reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor and must have been listed on
TripAdvisor for at least 12 months, the officials informed.
Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the
last 12 months.
The officials said that Hotel Sahara Star’s performance met all the
required criteria, thus making it the most preferred destination for
business as well as leisure.
Speaking about the accolade, Manish Sodhi, General Manager, Hotel
Sahara Star, said, "This is a big honour for us as this accolade
recognizes the hotel’s outstanding journey of performance, which would
not be possible without the relentless joint effort of Team Sahara
Star."
"We will strive to continue delivering the perfect fusion of
hospitality and entertainment," Sodhi added.
