The new menu, which will be available from Dec 18 and will continue till Dec 25, will entice the palate with a wide spread of delicacies and beverages.
The menu comprises of salads such as, balsamic glazed strawberries, crushed black pepper, organic salad, aspargus, oranges and crusted artichokes
The dishes comprises of Roast leg of lamb, Mint jelly, Rosemary jus, Grilled sausages, sauerkraut, herbed mash, pickled watermelon skin, Braised Brussel sprouts confit cherry tomatoes, Maple and ginger glazed baby carrots, Ratatouille, Potato dauphinoise
Keeping in mind the theme, Novotel will also provide Traditional plum pudding and vanilla sauce as desserts.
The price starts at Rs. 2200 (plus taxes) for a couple.
