This celebrated lunch buffet will consist of a host of seafood, meat and vegetarian preparations such as Laqa- E- paneer, Tandoori bhuna meat and kolambi che curry. The food will also be complemented by a variety of mocktails, sparkling cocktails and fresh fruit juices.
Earth Plate will celebrate India’s independence & diversity authentic regional Indian cuisine at the live cooking stations at Earthplate.
The tri-colored decor will set the mood for the day and complement the theme. To commemorate this special day of independence all patrons will be welcomed with a flag of India as they enter the dining area.
On the occasion of Independence Day, the fourth guest can avail a free buffet on a table of three headed by a defense personnel and two guests can avail free meals on a table of over 4 guests. Aamby Valley members can avail a 15% discount.
