The new hotel features 60 rooms, 8 suites and 4 club rooms. It also sports 2 bars, eateries, a swimming poll and a gymnasium and each segment of the hotel are named after different colours.

Speaking at the launch, Tajinder Singh, MD, Aauris, said, "This is the first venture of Modern Group and I want to make sure this is not the last one. It's been three years of hard work and we want to have more Aauris in the future."
'Flying Sikh' Milkha said, "It is always great when you get to be a part of such developments in our country. It’s even better when someone from your family has a huge role and contribution towards the advancements of our nation."
Raima who spoke about her emotional attachment with Kolkata said, "I have seen the facilities the hotel provides and I must say I'm impressed by it. I will definitely come here along with my family to taste the food.
When asked about the USP of the hotel, Singh said, "We have created one of a kind sky bar. It's a one stop destination."
