Tollywood actress Pallabi Chatterjee and dancer Alokananda Roy were present at the festival.
The signature dishes include Gosht Afgani and Dum Ki Raan.
Alokanada Roy, a frequent visitor and lover of kebabs said, “I like the aroma and juicy flavour of the kebabs that Oudh 1590 serves. The ambience has the Mughal tinge in it and it adds more to the kebabs.”
“I loved Tandoori Teeter most which is a must have dish over here,” Alokanada added.
Oudh 1950 will be serving the rare delicious dishes which will include Ghosht Pasanda Kabab, Gosht Afghani Boti Kebab, Dum ki Raan, Murgh Sugandhi Kebab, Murgh Malai Kebab, Tandoori Teeter, Mahi Shammi Kebab, Tandoori Mahi, Jheenga Zafrani, Tikki Kebab, Plaak Ke Shammi Kebab and Paneer Sugandhi Kebab.
Debaditya Chaudhury, partner of Oudh 1590, said, “Keeping the tradition intact, we wanted to offer our customer a difference in their food platter. After various efforts we have come up with new dishes which will be presented at the kebab festival from 11th December.”
Kebab festival will be starting from 11th December at both Oudh 1950 Deshapriya Park and Saltlake. A meal for two people would cost Rs 1000 including taxes.
