The Swissôtel Kolkata has introduced Chermoula spiced chicken, Salad of confit beetroot, sweet potato with crème fraiche and caraway seeds, Tenderloin Forestiere , Courgette roulade with ratatouille vegetables and basil, Executive Chef Pranay Kumar Singh tells IBNS
“Besides such an elaborate spread of vegetarian and non vegetarian items we have at the dessert station Easter cupcakes, pies, bunnies and many more to bring out the little child from within you at our Cafe Swiss,” Singh says offering a cupcake to this correspondent.
Besides to foster the Easter spirit, eggs have been conjured in certain shapes and adorned with patterns and designs – from devilled eggs with different fillings and both children and adults will be egged on to undertake an Egg Hunt at the ‘Live Egg Station.’
During this whole Easter Sunday, guests can enjoy the brunch buffet, priced at Rs 1500 plus taxes for buffet brunch and Rs 2000 plus taxes for buffet brunch with beverages from 12:30 pm to 4 pm at the prime location, nestled on the side of City Centre 2 in New Town, close to the airport.
At another chic eatery Delices, the theme is the ‘Flavours of Easter.’

Air India and Drukair, Royal Bhutan Airlines, have entered into an interline partnership to enhance travel convenience and strengthen network connectivity between India, Bhutan, and destinations beyond.
SAS will resume nonstop flights between Scandinavia and India from October 1, 2026, with a year-round service connecting Copenhagen and Mumbai. The route will operate five times a week using an Airbus A330, marking SAS' return to India after a 17-year gap.
