Kolkata, July 18 (NITN): In a first of its kind, Rogue Anglers Carp Den hosted the Corporate Angling Tournament, in association with the All-India Game Fishing Association, on July 15 in the suburbs of Kolkata.
Corporate companies attended the event in teams.
The venue has a 16 bigha pond which is surrounded by a garden. The pond is said to have a lot of fishes and is used to train kids and adults with the skills involved in the art of angling.

The venue also is a place where a lot of workshops related to the policies, strategies and activities of sustainability and freshwater management are organised.
Twelve corporate companies with teams of three each participated in the Corporate Angling Tournament, where Tata Consultancy Services bagged the first prize and Goodwork Lab Pvt Ltd and Apex Nursing Home followed as the runners-up and first runners-up.
