As the title 'Uncage the Mysterious Soul' suggests, the primary theme of the book is to unravel the secrets or the repressed thoughts of the mysterious soul.
'Uncage the Mysterious Soul' by Najam Us Saher is a collection of poems that will touch the heart of the readers.
The soul is a mysterious place where several emotions, feelings, are hidden and it is difficult for any outsider to understand that. Poetry is a medium through which the poet has expressed her inner thoughts and has shared it with the mass.
Each poem is quite short and compact.
At the first reading itself, readers can understand the central theme of each poem and its essence since the style is simple and the words used are easy to decipher.
Najam Us Saher has played very well with the words and the rhyme schemes and each ending word is carefully chosen to match with the word in the next line.
A sense of loneliness, pain and suffering over various issues can be felt while reading most of the poems.
Several elements from nature like rain, misty mornings, daffodil, etc. are included in the poems to make it enriching, and also to create a sense of oneness with nature, where she can share all her pains and sorrows.
The composition of these poems is worth mentioning since the readers will like the style and the way each theme is hinted at.
In this collection, some of the poems highlight the cheerful and happy side of the mysterious soul and the words are arranged in such a manner that can reflect a lot of joy in the minds of the readers.
The poet has preferred to keep the style and structure of the poems very simple yet appealing.
'Uncage the Mysterious Soul' is a must-read for all!
