Kolkata, Nov 29: Ascon Infrastructure India Ltd recently unveiled it’s latest venture Ascon Softech in Dubai is in the area of Surveillance. 

Ascon has major plans of expansion in real estate and granite business in Dubai and areas catered by the business capital of UAE.

Ascon has also recently expanded it’s business in Bengaluru with it’s Granite manufacturing unit from where the export of finished granite shall be processed in Dubai and other parts of Middle east. 

Laxman Jaiswal, Chairman & Managing Director of Ascon Infrastructure India Ltd said, “Dubai is strategically located between the developed western world and the Indian sub-continent, and is a hub for many global businesses and expats. For more than two decades, Dubai has been a go-to destination for Indian professionals. A majority of them were either blue-collar workers or professionals employed in traditional industries such as banking, retail, finance, construction, etc. Dubai is popular as global ‘City of Opportunity.’ It has been ranked 1st for airport connections to business districts and 5th most affordable city in 2014. According to the PWC report, the state ranks 1st for lowest corporate tax rate globally, finishes 10th in cost of living, ranks 17th in the cost of business occupancy.” 

“It also offers possibilities of expansion and growth in European markets.” Also Granite exports are expected to rise with a booming real estate business. So Ascon has judicious expansion plans in granite and real estate business in the middle east is well timed," he said.

Jaiswal also added, “Surveillance technology is a high-tech solution to deter and augment security threat perceptions and is going wireless. The trend has allowed surveillance technology to advance rapidly. It is also more logistically and financially viable than ever before.”
