Lux Industries & Shyam Steel, Pritam Industries & Jalan Builders get rights for final two franchises in Bengal Pro T20 League

Kolkata : The Cricket Association of Bengal announced the final two Franchises in the Bengal Pro T20 League.

Lux Industries of the Lux Cozi fame and Shyam Steel come together to bag the rights for the seventh team and the final eighth team is awarded to a consortium formed by Pritam Industries famous for their Pritam Switches and Jalan Builders, completing the eight franchises of the League.

Snehasish Ganguly, President of the Cricket Association of Bengal expressed his happiness in adding the final two Franchises of Bengal Pro T20 League saying: “It is really great to see such renowned corporate houses come forward and be part of the League. I am more than certain that they will add tremendous value to the League and work with the Association as partners to provide the best platform to the mighty talented cricketers of Bengal.”

Bengal Pro T20 League organised by the CAB and exclusively managed by Arivaa Sports, will take place from June 11 to 28.

Each Franchise will be fielding both men’s and women’s team. While all men’s matches shall take place at the historic Eden Gardens, women’s matches will be played at the Jadavpur University, Salt Lake Campus Ground.

The Bengal Pro T20 League has now the strong line up of Franchises inShrachi Sports, Servotech Power Systems, Rice Adamas Group, Rashmi Group, GD Sports, Sona Biscuits (Sobisco), consortium of Shyam Steel and Lux Cozi, and finally the consortium of Pritam Industries and Jalan Builders.
