The surgical team at Amrita Institute felicitated Anupama on achieving this landmark in Robotic Surgery.
Speaking on the occasion Anupama said, “It is gratifying to see Robotic Surgery leading to quick healing and less pain. It translates into shorter hospital stays, quick return to work. I am happy to be able to bring relief to women cancer patients.”

“Surgical Robots are being used in almost all specialties in 30 hospitals in India. Compared to conventional surgery methods Da Vinci Robot leads to minimal blood loss, cutting down the need for blood transfusion," said Gopal Chakravarthy, CEO of Vattikuti Technologies, the firm that brings Da Vinci Robots to the Indian Hospitals.
Vattikuti Foundation is committed to train highly competent surgeons and will continue to play its role of motivating young surgeons.
The Foundation works with the hospitals to make robotic surgery affordable to the masses.
