The Rotary Club of Calcutta Sun City, in collaboration with RICE (Russia India Culture Exchange) and Gandhar Pancham, successfully hosted a mesmerizing Classical Cultural Programme at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The event celebrated Indo-Russian cultural ties, bringing together art, music, and diplomacy on a common platform.
The evening witnessed an enriching fusion of Indian and Russian traditions, fostering greater cultural harmony between the two nations.
Esha Bandhopadhyay (vocal), Pandit Parimal Chakraborty (tabla), Dr Kamalaksha Mukherjee (harmonium), Soma Ghosh (tanpura) and Jharna Roy (tanpura) while Sukhla Dutta and Dhrupad Kalakendra also performed at the Classical Concert 2025.
The event was open to the public free of cost, with attendees enjoying warm hospitality over tea and coffee.

Grigory Antonenkov, Senior Consul General of the Russian Federation in Kolkata.
Pandit Ranajit Sengupta, globally renowned Sarod maestro and music composer.
