MedSage, a licensed wholesale and retail chemist and druggist company based in Kolkata, has inaugurated its new branch opposite Gate No. 2 of Rampurhat Medical College.
The event marked a significant milestone in MedSage’s journey of bringing quality healthcare services and infrastructure closer to communities across Bengal.

The branch aims to serve as a one-stop wholesale hub for safe, effective and rapid laboratory services, ensuring timely and accurate healthcare delivery.
MedSage Hospitality – Operating under the same banner, this division offers clean, healthy, and affordable food within an in-house cafeteria, catering to healthcare professionals and the public alike.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Dr. Rahul Banerjee, FCA, PhD, the driving force and spearhead of MedSage.
The branch was formally inaugurated by Dr. Prithwi Banerjee, MBBS (Hons), Junior Resident (Academic) at AIIMS Bhubaneswar and RMO, Gastroenterology at Belle Vue Clinic, Kolkata. Dr. Banerjee will oversee the General OPD services as well as the operational intricacies of the new branch.
The outreach to Rampurhat was made possible through the efforts of Shamsul Kamelin, while Ali Moosavi, Operational Head of MedSage for Europe and the Benelux region, travelled from Milan to grace the occasion.
The event saw the presence of numerous dignitaries from the healthcare and laboratory sectors, including senior doctors from Rampurhat Medical College.
