A veteran of 20 years in the field of real estate, Jaiswal began with his maiden venture in Baguiati in Kolkata's eastern suburb and then gradually spread his business into other areas of the city, such as Belgachhia, Khelatbabu Lane, etc.
He made ASCON into a private limited company from a public one in 2014 due to its increasing business prospects.
The motto of ASCON is to provide comfortable living at affordable rates, said Jaiswal.
He also said that the company has earned its reputation largely due to usage high quality materials and ability to deliver projects on time.
Referring to the much-debated theme of demonetisation, Jaiswal said, “Real estate, especially those in the medium segment like ours haven't been hampered. I think whatever has happened, has happened for good in the long run, that is removal of black money.”
ASCON, together with its sister concerns, Prime Realtors Pvt. Ltd, ShreeValley Realtor Pvt. Ltd and others have completed Shree Towers 6 and 7 at Tangra and Gopalpur recently, and is currently working on ASCON Enclave at Birati.
Keeping the eco-friendly aspect in mind, upcoming projects such as ASCON Prithvi and ASCON Era will not only include green facilities but also energy saving ones, said Jaiswal, along with basic requirements such as gymnasium, swimming pool, etc.
ASCON also has completed a few government projects.
