Arijit Dutta was speaking on the subjects at East India's annual business gathering Start-up Summit 2017 recently at The Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata.
The event was organized by Franchise India and Entrepreneur Media and aimed to empower entrepreneurship by creating insights on starting, Managing and Running a Business.
After USA, India is now being regarded as the most entrepreneurial economy of the world, distinguished by a willingness to pursuit uncommon opportunities, create new products and services, address social, legal, and economic challenges, grow globally and the ability to efficiently engage people and money.
Start-up Summit 2017, in its 14th annual edition, brought together over 200 leading entrepreneurs, SME owners, start-ups, investors international thought leaders and the Indian Government to discuss multi-faceted demands of entrepreneurship and also to navigate the future trends in terms of new sectors, consumption trends, emerging technology, investment patterns and growth prospects across key verticals.
Start-up Summit 2017 includes three headline Business Summits themed as money summit, opportunity summit and growth summit.
On the day one, focus was more on building entrepreneurship and identifying the right opportunities, while on the day two, the discussions were towards raising growth capital.
