Kolkata, Dec 4 (NITN): Sharmila Singh Flora of Kolkata has not only build an impressive brand in the beauty business but also has the capacity to empower others through her brand building, believes Tollywood's ace actor Prosenjit Chatterjee.
Talking at the 25th anniversary celebration of Flora's, one of Kolkata's popular beauty salon and skin clinic, Chatterjee said,“For 25 years, Sharmila Singh Flora has empowered herself and built this strong brand Flora’s single-handedly. In the next 25 years, she will help many more to empower themselves through her brand Flora’s.”
Sharmila Singh Flora completed her post graduation from Women’s World, affiliated to England's International Therapy Examination Council, and trained under well-known beauty expert, Shahnaz Hussain.
Today, her brand Flora's runs salons for men and women, skin clinics and produces a vast range of beauty products.
According to Flora, her salons and clinics offer herbal-based therapies augmented by modern technology.
The Flora's brand offers franchisee for exclusive parlours for men and women as well as unisex parlours and beauty clinics with a renewable agreement five years; three-month beautician certificate courses, which includes an opportunity to be employed at Flora’s.
