New Delhi, Jan 27 (NITN): Ascon Infrastructure (India) Ltd has announced two new projects- Ascon Irika at Hatiara (Project cost Rs 100 Crores appx) and Ascon Era at Gopalpur (Project cost Rs. 125 Crores appx).
Announcing this Laxman Jaiswal, Chairman cum Managing Director of Ascon Infrastructure (India) Limited, a complaint free company, said the projects have tremendous response primarily due to the location advantage of access to VIP Road as well as the Rajarhat connection.
The pricing has been kept within the reach of middle income group starting from Rs 40 lakhs upwards with very good facility of bank loans as both the projects have been validated by several banks of repute.
Ascon Era has 253 apartments from 612 sq ft-1162 sq ft sizes with earthquake resistant designs.
Jaiswal also shared his experience having recently returned from an extremely successful participation and proposed collaboration discussions at the World’s premier exhibition BIG 5 held at DUBAI World Trade Centre. Ascon Infrastructure India Ltd received quite a good response to its projects and several proposed tie ups were discussed with global companies for state of art equipments and tools to be used for Ascon’s forthcoming projects
Laxman Jaiswal’s strengths are absolute honesty and ability to put in hours of hard work, remain focused and steady determination. He lost his father at the age of 10 yrs when he was still studying in Std V in a Government run Hindi medium school from then on it was a struggle, youngest of 3 brothers and a sister, he completed my graduation in Commerce from City College after having to fill in his education fees giving away tuitions and other small jobs. After the graduation the drive to become an entrepreneur made him forego 2 plum jobs , one in the Police and the other one as a Hindi teacher in a Government school ( even with poverty staring at him). It was his entrepreneurial zeal that first landed him a partnership in a small electronic goods business and after a sour experience he came in contact with a person who had a disputed land in Beliaghata and thus started his joint venture in building homes, after a successful completion he once again did a joint venture with the same gentleman at Tala Park which too saw success and from then on we have scaled newer heights with each successful project.
Belonging from a middle class family, he always set out dreaming of a mission for Bengal , he always felt that the biggest problem of the society was accommodation for Lower Income Group and the baser section of the Middle Income Group. It egged him to do something for them.
Laxman Jaiswal, Chairman cum Managing Director of Ascon Infrastructure (India) Limited a 100% complaint free company began his journey 20 years back in the highly competitive real estate business. The company has completed successfully several projects as Shree Tower I & Shree Tower II at VIP Road, Shree Tower VI at Jyangra Shree Tower VII at Gopalpur. ASCON Infrastructure ( India) Ltd is presently running project at Asav Enclave at Birati and the forthcoming projects are Ascon Irika at Hatiara (Project cost Rs 100 Crores appx) and Ascon Era at Gopalpur (Project cost Rs. 125 Crores appx).
