Father’s Day
Kolkata/NITN: ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar, part of ITC Hotels, have come up with a specially curated menu on the occasion of Father’s Day.
This special menu will be available between June 18 and 20 2021.
The Biryani & Pulao Collection by ITC Hotels starts at Rs 1,900 for four, and includes culinary classics such as Kathal Pulao, Nimona Mirch Pulao or Chemmeen and Bibi ka Murgh pulao.
The Weekend Binge menu is apt for brunch or a special evening.
Starting at Rs 2,500 for two, it includes dishes such as Paneer Khurchan, Vegetable Jalfreizi, Kunni Dal, Dahi Gujia, Meen Varuval; Chef’s Highlights such as Cheese & Peppercorn Calzone, Aspara Tempura Uramaki, Olive Focaccia; flavors from the World Kitchen Chilli Bean Tofu, Thai Red Fish Curry, Vegetable Fricassee.

You may round up the meal with desserts such as Tiramisu, Kesari Phirni, Rasmalai, Berry Yogurt Granola, or Tropical Fruit Pastry.
Father’s Day Special Delight from Nutmeg includes delicacy boxes for four from ITC Hotels starting at Rs 1,100.
Orders can be placed through the brand’s Gourmet Couch on the ITC Hotel F&B App, direct delivery and takeaway from the hotels, and through leading food delivery apps.

Those who are planning a day out on Father's Day, may opt for a brunch buffet (between 1pm and 3.30pm) at the Grand Market Pavilion.
Highlights from the menu include Moustache cupcakes , Gondhoraj lemon and chili soft serve, garden fresh vegetables dimsums, Naga style Whole Roasted Chili Pork, Caribbean style Whole Roasted Bhekti with garlic sesame snow peas & broccoli, Shahi Gosht Nihari, Muffuletta (selected cold cuts enclosed in ciabatta with pickles, cheese & sauce)
Meal for one is pegged at Rs 2,150 plus tax.
For a discerning Italian menu, you may try Ottimo, which features a magnificent large live kitchen.
