Jet Airways’ capacity enhancement comes at a time when India has strengthened its position as one of UAE’s largest trading partners, with bilateral trade at an all-time high.
The airline currently operates a total of 10 daily flights between India and Dubai.
Gaurang Shetty, Whole-time Director, Jet Airways, said: “It is our constant endeavor to create a consistent, unmatched travel experience for our discerning guests. Dubai is amongst our most popular destinations for business and leisure travellers and it was only logical to increase capacity on flights to this key market.
