Srinagar: Airline Vistara has extended the waiver of change and cancellation fee to and from Srinagar keeping in mind the security situation in the valley.
Vistara on Monday issued a statement which reads, "Due to the prevailing security situation in Srinagar, we are extending the waiver of change and cancellation fee for flights to/from Srinagar till 7th September.
Only fare difference, if any, will be applicable for date changes."

The situation in Jammu and Kashmir, where Srinagar is located, is sensitive after the Indian government scrapped Articles 370 and 35A to withdraw the special status which the valley enjoyed since Independence.
