Mumbai: Airline Vistara on Wednesday waived change and cancellation fee for flights from Mumbai due to heavy rains.
The airline has also said it will accommodate all passengers, who have missed their flights, on a different plane.
No additional fee or fare will be charged by the airline.
In a statement, Vistara said, "Due to heavy rains and flooding in Mumbai, we are waiving change and cancellation fee for flights from Mumbai on 4th September.
We will also accommodate customers who miss their flight today, on a standby seat available basis on any applicable flight today or tomorrow with no additional fee or fare.
Fare difference, if any, will be applicable only for confirmed rebooking and date changes."
