Their knowledge on the subjects is a healthy combination of both theory and the latest developments in their fields of expertise. This allows the students to not only understand their subject from a theoretical point of view, but also prepares them for real life implementation of the concepts learned.
In order to ensure that students understand the concepts, the faculty is known to sometimes go out of their way in breaking down concepts to go deeper in a subject. On occasion, faculty members provide key notes to ensure that students have an in depth comprehension of the subject.
The ratio between faculty members and students is ideal with an average between 12 students for 1 faculty member. This enables more attention in understanding a student’s strengths and weaknesses, and also gives the faculty the ability to assess the student’s mental capacity.
This closeness fosters a unique learning environment for the student where the faculty is more reachable and therefore, more approachable. There is a regular stream of visiting faculty who speak on specific subjects. The visiting faculty member is usually one who has reached the pinnacle in his/her area of expertise or is a seasoned presence in the corporate world.
