A young chef is trying to redefine the way people enjoy biryani by creating a unique dish he calls “Biryani Butter.”
Biryani, a beloved delicacy enjoyed across India in countless regional variations, is believed to have originated in Persia before being perfected in the royal Mughal kitchens.
Now, chef Naman Gulati has introduced his own twist to the iconic dish, and it has quickly gone viral on social media. Sharing the recipe on Instagram, he posted a video demonstrating the step-by-step process of preparing the flavorful spread.
The chef recommended pairing the “Biryani Butter” with parathas and chicken wraps for a rich and indulgent experience.
Netizens were quick to react in the comments section, with many expressing curiosity and excitement about the unusual creation.
“That’s something new. Can’t wait to try this,” one user wrote.
Another commented, “Hey, how long would this butter last if stored, and should the butter be salted, unsalted, or garlic herb?”
“Perfect,” another person simply wrote.
